Yoga

  1. Please book all classes in advance.

  2. Arrive on time – we allow a five-minute grace period for classes. If you arrive within that five-minute window, please enter quietly and gently unroll your mat. If you are more than five minutes late, please check our schedule to find another great class to attend that day.

  3. Sign in and pay without reminder.

  4. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a yoga towel. Clothing that is comfortable to move in is recommended.

  5. Remove your shoes, silence your phones, leave belongings in the car or cubbies provided.

  6. Be mindful of where you place yourself in the studio. Stagger mats and avoid walking on other’s mats. Do not touch or move another’s yoga mat.

  7. Be aware of your personal hygiene. What is pleasant to you may be averse to others.

  8. Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that may require modifications during your practice.

  9. Do not compare yourself to others, or to past or future versions of yourself. Come to each class prepared to practice with the body you have today. Do not do postures that hurt your body.

  10. If you need to leave early, please inform the instructor beforehand and exit quietly before savasana or final relaxation.

  11. Clean your space prior to leaving, and any props used during the practice.

  12. Namaste is traditionally said at the end of class by the instructor to recognize the divinity within each of the students. Some students may repeat it back, it is not required.

Pilates

  1. Please book all classes in advance.

  2. Please enter the studio with a lowered voice and silenced cellphone. Sign in and pay without a reminder.

  3. Arrive on time. Do not no-show. We understand emergencies arise out of our control, but our space is limited, and your equipment is specifically reserved for you. Late cancels and no-shows may be charged.

  4. Wear comfortable and functional clothing. Form-fitting and breathable fitness apparel is recommended. No zippers or buttons. Also, forego any heavy perfumes or lotions and remove any excess jewelry. Grip socks are required. Please secure long hair to avoid getting caught in the springs.

  5. Bring water to every class.

  6. Be respectful of the class before you and the shared space with the yoga studio by keeping a lowered voice.

  7. Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice before class. Ask appropriate questions during or after class.

  8. Do not do exercises that hurt your body.

  9. Ask how the Pilates equipment should be cleaned after class and remove any excess trash or props from your space before leaving.
