This class is Hatha-based and incorporates aromatherapy using pure essential oils. By combining aromatherapy with the physical power of Hatha, you can achieve wellness, positivity, emotional clarity, and enhance your physical journey.
A class for traditional Hatha, this focuses on alignment, technique, and poses for both beginners and intermediates. During this session, we will work on sun salutations, balancing postures, and relaxation techniques.
Beginner Hot Yoga
For those new to the world of Hot Yoga, this is the perfect introduction. Traditional Hot Vinyasa classes take place in a 104-degree room, but we start out at 95 degrees to help beginners acclimate to the experience. We will work through beginner and intermediate Hatha-Flow poses to help you feel powerful, stretched, relaxed, and revitalized.
Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Vinyasa focuses on breathing through your poses and moving through postures with the breath. Vinyasa’s constant movements and the muscle usage combined with the warm temperatures releases toxins in the body, boosts flexibility, and enhances strength.
Hot Power Flow
Hot Power Flow combines Power and Flow (Vinyasa) to give you the best of sun salutations, balance, and core moves. The warm temperatures release toxins from the body, increase your flexibility, and improve strength.
The Benefits of Hot Yoga
Flow Pilates & Yoga Center offers many different Hot yoga classes in the Tampa and Westchase area. Instead of Bikram, we do Hot Flow/Vinyasa or Hot Power Vinyasa, where movement is synchronized with breathing. Flow is a smooth, constant moving practice that runs poses together so that it is almost like a dance. Breathing is implemented to promote balance, energy, and relaxation while performing poses. Moving to a new pose on an inhale or exhale is an important component of this practice. The temperature in the room will be either 104 degrees or 95 degrees for beginners.

Pilates and Barre Classes
In addition to yoga classes, we also offer Pilates and Barre sessions in the Tampa and Westchase area. For all of our Pilates equipment classes, you will need to have experience on the Reformer, the Cadillac Tower, and the Wunda Chair. For those who have no previous experience, we welcome you to begin your Pilates journey by utilizing our Introductory Package. Our introductory sessions allow you to acquaint yourself with the world of Pilates, the tools used in the practice, and gives you a solid foundation you need to move on to specialized classes.
