Come in for one of our yoga classes and experience inner peace! Whether you’re looking for balance, flexibility, or a physical challenge, our instructors offer a range of instructional options to meet your needs.

Finding the best yoga classes is the best way to make sure that you are finding the best practice for your needs. Everyone has different goals when it comes to their health, and there are so many different styles of yoga that there is a class for everyone’s needs. Our lineup of yoga classes includes options like Hot Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga, Power Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga & Reiki Healing, and Yoga Barre. Classes are 60 or 75 minutes.

Alignment and Stretch Yoga

Whether you are a beginner, an advanced Yoga practitioner, or ailing from an injury, this class is perfect for you. This class is a gentle alignment based Flow -- mixed in will be lots of deep stretching to help soothe and heal the back, hips, and spine. We will focus on on moving mindfully, keeping safe alignment, and providing relief from physical discomfort. This hour long class will decompress your body, and your mind, while providing you with rejuvenating energy. 

Beginner Hot Flow Yoga 

This class is a great way to begin your hot yoga journey or grow your yoga practice. Using infrared sauna heat to thoroughly warm the body, you will be guided through beginner yoga poses in this Hatha flow style class to release toxins, create space and strength with lots of alignment cues and modifications available. The room temperature is set to 95 degrees instead of the usual 104 that traditional Hot Yoga is usually set to. Guided relaxation may be included.

Flow & Let Go Yoga 

Enjoy the best yoga has to offer in this balanced class. Start with an energizing flow with fun transitions to warm up the body, finishing with luxurious long holds and deep stretches to let it all go. Class may include supported postures, soothing music, guided relaxation, and aromatherapy oils.

Hot Flow Yoga

Vinyasa, or Flow, is the art of moving through postures with the breath and allowing the breathing to lead the way. The constant motion and intense muscle usage of Vinyasa coupled with the heat of a hot yoga environment helps to release toxins from the body, and improves flexibility and strength. Guided relaxation may be included.

Pilates Barre

This Barre based mat class combines Barre & Pilates for a low-impact, fat-burning workout. Plan to do barre work and stretches along some with Pilates mat work w/ props for a fun twist on the barre.  This class is great if you want to  strengthen and lengthen your muscles while increasing flexibility and tone!

Pilates Mat ( yoga package)

Pilates Mat is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core (the powerhouse), which span from your hips to your shoulders. You may use props such as a resistance band, mini flex ball or the magic circle! Pilates has been known to help people who suffer from back pain as well as aiding in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching and aligning your body is a vital part of class.

Power Flow Yoga

This is an energizing class incorporating dynamic asanas and more challenging postures such as creative standing balances, arm balancing and yoga hybrids. There will be modifications and variations offered so the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. Come prepared to do a lot of movement, to work up a sweat, and to feel truly empowered. Guided relaxation may be included. 

Stress Relief Yoga 

This class is designed for anyone seeking the benefits of a  relaxing and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle Hatha stretches and deep restorative postures work to improve range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Guided meditation may also be used to relax the body. Regular practice can help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.

Sunrise Gentle Flow and Stretch

The perfect way to wake up your body and mind. Enjoy an hour of slow grounded Vinyasa (flow) style yoga that begins with mindful movement on the ground and builds into a breath-centered flow ending back on the ground with deep stretches (focused on hips and glutes) and a relaxing short savasana at the end. This class may include myofascial release using props such as tennis balls, lacrosse balls or foam rollers to get deeper into the tissue that will leave you ready to start your day.

Sunrise Hot Flow

Wake up your body, settle your mind, and find your breath. This early morning hot flow is designed with all-levels in mind from beginner to advanced taught with modifications along the way. This class will flow at a slow and ground pace. Starting with a grounded warm-up sequence to wake the body; moving into several rounds of sun salutations to get the blood flowing. Once the body is warm then we'll move through a moderately challenging standing series focusing on core strength and balance. This class concludes with a floor series of stretching postures focused mainly on the hips and hamstrings that will take you deeper into your practice. The room heated to a comfortable 90 degrees, a little cooler than our Hot Yoga Flows. Leave with a glistening sweat, feeling good, stretched out and ready to take on your day.

Warm Flow Yoga

This class is intended for yogis with an already developed vinyasa flow practice. In this class the room is heated to 95 degrees, to provide a warm environment. You'll focus on creating strength, balance and stamina in this intermediate level class.

Yin /Restorative Yoga

Props used: blocks, yoga straps, bolsters - please bring a clean towel or blanket to cover.

In this hour long class of a yin and restorative yoga blend, enjoy deep lengthening & opening stretches. Restorative yoga involves the use of props to allow the body to feel totally supported, to allow the body to relax and release. Yin Yoga also consists of long holds but uses static stretches' to free up space in your muscles and joints, allowing a stretch of the deep connective tissues. Yin/Restorative is for all levels, and may be modified, as to make a great fit for your unique self.

Yoga HIIT

Jump start your week with this high-energy class designed to get your heart pumping and improve muscular strength with HIIT (high intensity interval training) combining yoga postures and cardio sequences. Warm up Vinyasa style, amp up your heart rate with some HIIT and then slow it down and stretch it out. Modifications will always be offered. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi wanting to change up your routine or just trying it out, benefits include improved physical strength and cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, stress reduction and improved concentration.
