What to Expect for Hot Yoga

Know that everyone is sweating just as much as you, if not more, and just let it happen. It will be difficult at first. Attempting the complex stretches in the heat is an intense experience that can lead to soreness. After your first class, going back for your second class as soon as possible afterward is best so your body can get used to stretching under the heat.
