If you have never taken Pilates and want to join classes you’ll need to start with your introductory sessions first to get acquainted with some of the basics and how to use the equipment. After you finish your intro sessions you can then start with some of our level 1&2 classes and then progress from there. We have room for 5 participants at a time in our Pilates classes, except for some of our circuit classes where we allow up to 6. You can sign up online for our classes once you have finished your intro package.
